About me

I am a vinyasa flow yoga teacher based in San Francisco. With a degree in exercise science and a background in dance, I have found movement and yoga to be lifelong companions. Now, as a professional therapist-in-training, I am passionate about integrating safe physical and evidence-based mental health practices as a holistic approach to help others feel better. My classes emphasize connection to the breath and body through carefully sequenced postures as a way to connect with the authentic self (and always include great music). I hope to cultivate community and influence positive momentum through the practices of yoga.
